Aero24 provides 24/7/365 worldwide travel services from our operations in the UK, South Africa and America. We will manage your traveller’s enquiry utilising our proprietary call management tool which is fully integrated to complement existing global travel systems (GDS). This configuration proactively ensures that the Aero24 travel consultant is always informed of the policy requirements and process associated with each individual traveller.

Aero24 will continue to monitor the queues on your online booking tools when your offices are not staffed and generate tickets on your behalf when the fare rules / deadlines dictate travel documentation is to be generated.

Call reporting

Call reporting

The Aero24 travel consultant will capture the key points of the contact telephone call. This will include information such as the date and time of the call, duration of the call, caller’s name, traveller if different to the caller, client company, booking reference (PNR) and the reason for the call. Aero24 record information notes in a free format area within the booking file. The travel company is able to obtain activity reports via the Aero24 website. Direct access to this online system can be made available to you.
